PhotoMotion does not collect, store, or share your personal data. Your photos, videos, and creations stay on your device.

Overview

PhotoMotion helps you create motion videos, vertical video edits, and collage covers from your own media. We designed PhotoMotion to process your content on your device without collecting personal information or uploading your media to our servers.

Photos and Videos

PhotoMotion requests access to your photo library only so that you can choose source photos or videos and save finished videos or covers. Your selected media is used locally on your device to create the result you request.

PhotoMotion does not upload your photos or videos to any server.
PhotoMotion does not sell, share, or use your media for advertising or training.
Generated videos and covers are saved to your photo library only when you choose to save them.

Local Processing and Storage

PhotoMotion processes media locally on your device. During rendering, the app may create temporary local files needed to produce your video or cover. These files are not transmitted off your device and may be removed by the system after they are no longer needed.

PhotoMotion also stores your remaining free-export count locally on your device. This information is not linked to your identity and is not sent to us.

Data Collection

PhotoMotion does not collect personal data. Specifically:

No personal information is collected
No usage analytics or tracking
No advertising identifiers
No location data
No cookies or web tracking in the app
No media or personal data shared with third parties

Purchases

PhotoMotion may offer in-app purchases for additional exports. Purchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit. We do not receive or store your payment card details. Apple’s handling of purchase information is governed by Apple’s privacy policy.

Children's Privacy

PhotoMotion does not collect personal information from any user, including children. Because photos and videos are processed locally and are not sent to our servers, we do not knowingly collect, store, or share children’s personal information.

Third-Party Services

PhotoMotion does not use third-party analytics, advertising, or data-broker services. In-app purchases, if available, are processed by Apple through its system purchase service.

Data Deletion

You control your photos, videos, and exports. You can delete source media and exported creations from your photo library at any time. You can remove PhotoMotion’s locally stored app data by deleting the app from your device. Since PhotoMotion does not transmit your media or personal data to our servers, there is no remote copy for us to delete.

If we make changes to this privacy policy, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
